IPS Ceramics has continued with the dress-down Friday tradition at its UK headquarters, with employees each donating £1 every week, which goes towards a designated charity.
Since starting the dress-down initiative, IPS employees have raised just over £400 and have so far donated to the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association and the Haywood Foundation (dedicated to helping local people with arthritis and related conditions). Last time around we were delighted to help out at the MS Society – a community of people living with multiple sclerosis, plus researchers, fundraisers, campaigners and volunteers. Everyone involved knows that together they’re strong enough to stop MS and the MS Society is working hard to make it happen.
Our next donation will benefit the National Autistic Society. Founded in 1962, this is the UK’s leading charity for autistic people and their families. This organisation was chosen by Liam Morgan, Digital Marketing, due to it being close to his heart as he has family members who have been diagnosed with autism and this fantastic charity does amazing work for people who are diagnosed with this condition.

Each time we raise £100, we will donate to a charity that is nominated by one of our team and, in this way, there’s a more personal touch for the employees donating at IPS.
