The biggest step that we have taken in the past year to ensure continuity of supply and ever-improving quality is the establishment of the strategic, manufacturing and sales collaboration with Trend Industrial Ceramics, leading to the inauguration of the fully integrated IPS-Trend manufacturing complex.

This exciting development has taken us into the second phase of our carefully planned enhancement and development plan. The alliance with Trend is delivering both meaningful and immediate advantages for our customers.

Significant investments have taken place in new equipment, additional staff, training of operatives and harmonisation of quality control protocols. We have dedicated much time and energy into ensuring that all work procedures are fit for purpose and that global quality control (QC) standards are guaranteed across the range.

We will continue to place a heavy emphasis on the areas of technical development and knowledge transfer – vital contributions to the added value that we give our customers.
